Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run smoothly and driving floor performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Work Schedule Requirements
