Job Description: The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Operational duties cover opening and closing routines, ensuring process efficiency, floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Talent leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, engagement and development of the store team. Assistant Managers are expected to exemplify professionalism and promote from within.
