Job Description
The Key Lead ensures all customers receive quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. The role involves guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, overseeing daily store operations, and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team sales achievements.

Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferredRetail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required
