Job Description
The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. They provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
