The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. They are part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- No supervisory or managerial experience required
