The Brand Representative is truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, demonstrating a keen awareness of the store environment by remaining approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. They exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing sales.
