Job Description

The Brand Representative is highly engaged, providing excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, helpful, and demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by remaining approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate manner, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. They exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing sales.
