- Customer Experience: drive exceptional service and store experience
- Drive Sales: influence sales results through business analysis and performance optimization
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment: support omnichannel initiatives
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: maintain visual standards and operate floor effectively
- Store & Stockroom Operations: oversee daily operations and processes
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: manage team staffing and related tasks
- Training and Development: lead onboarding and ongoing team development
- Communication: ensure clear internal and external communication
- Asset Protection: uphold loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
