The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, managing recruiting, training, engagement, and development, and are expected to show up each day with their best selves. What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
