The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
