Responsibilities

  • The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. This includes providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively.
  • Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.
  • Complete opening and closing routines.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Demonstrate business understanding and proactive thinking.
  • Maintain attention to detail and proficient use of the Point of Sale system.
  • Ensure asset protection and maintain visual displays.
  • Utilize system skills to support store operations.
  • Manage work schedule requirements to support business needs.
  • Assist with peak-time coverage as needed to meet business needs.

Work Schedule

  • Schedule will vary weekly, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays.
  • Hours may increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
