Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‐store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements: Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Education - High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience - No supervisory/ management experience is required.
