The Location Planning Assistant Analyst supports inventory operations of the Location Planning function by executing established strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, product availability, and efficient inventory flow. This role focuses on operational execution, requiring strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process adherence. This job is located at our EMEA Home Office London, England and reports to the Location Planning Manager.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Execute inventory plans and replenishment strategies as defined by senior planners or management
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure alignment with target inventory policies
  • Track inbound and outbound inventory movements to maintain accurate stock records
  • Identify discrepancies, exceptions, or risks (e.g., stockouts, overstock) and escalate as needed
  • Maintain and update inventory planning systems and spreadsheets with accurate data
  • Support demand fulfillment by coordinating with supply chain, planning, and merchandising teams
  • Generate routine inventory reports and dashboards for performance tracking
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and maintaining standard operating procedures
