Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this individual will work closely with cross-functional partners (Legal, Strategy, Creative, Social and Product) to bring long-term strategies and holistic brand campaigns to life. This job is located at our Regional Home Office in London, England.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Responsible for growing our Hollister influencer marketing programs with a particular focus on new and emerging platforms, while still maintaining the integrity of each brand's respective DNA.
- Identify new areas of opportunity for forming influencer relationships in efforts to grow brand affinity, increase awareness of Hollister's product and purpose initiatives.
- Lead the team in retaining its position as being an industry leader in social selling—testing, learning and utilizing proven strategies to ensure all influencer campaigns are innovative and drive results.
- Collaborate with multiple external and internal partners to execute all influencer activations.
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies.
- Support cross-functional teams in amplifying performance for areas of influencer marketing opportunity across the business (women's and men's).
- Closely partner with Creative teams to ensure total pull-through of influencer marketing initiatives and visibility of talent/content throughout the creative development funnel.
- Audit ambassador & influencer deliverables for completion, brand standard compliance, and performance.
- Establish/negotiate influencer obligations and costing; coordinate contract reviews with legal team to ensure compliance to all advertising regulations & labor laws.
- Partner with other channel owners (social, paid media, creative direction, e-comm, etc.) to maximize exposure of influencer content.
- Collaborate with PR and Product Strategy team for product delivery/gifting consistent with merchandising priorities.
- Assist in seasonal brainstorm and planning sessions to integrate influencer activations into the overarching marketing campaign; maintain open communication throughout execution to ensure cohesion with other brand tactics is maintained.
- Integrate program plans and deliverables into existing cross-functional processes.
- Drive clear program performance goals and reporting, including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and status/hindsight deliverables for Marketing milestones.
- Accurately deliver against established annual budget.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure the brands stay at the forefront of influencer marketing.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field.
- Experience in Marketing, preferably for large lifestyle / fashion brands.
- Experience in social media program management, influencer program management, and/or ambassador program management.
- Proven track record of identifying new trends and opportunities at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated depth of knowledge of all platforms appropriate for Influencer Marketing with particular attention paid to candidates who have experience in TikTok.
- Demonstrated understanding of Millennial and Gen-Z consumers of all genders.
- Experience managing an external agency vendor/partner.
- High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Very strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget).
- Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Superb presentation skills and comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up to/including C-level).
