Responsibilities
- The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience and acts as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively.
- Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
- Open and close the store as part of the routine.
- Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Develop business understanding and proactive thinking to support store goals.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and proficient use of the register/point of sale system.
- Uphold asset protection and visual display standards.
- Utilize system skills relevant to daily operations and coordinate work schedule requirements.
- Schedule will vary weekly with a minimum expectation of 16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
