Job Description

The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving sales through business analysis and excellent customer service
  2. Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
  3. Enhancing store presentation through floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge
  4. Leading talent recruitment, training, engagement, and development
  5. Fostering an inclusive environment for team and customers
  6. Supporting career growth within the store organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s Degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
