Based in Marchwood, Southampton, Stanelco RF Technologies (“Stanelco”) is a division of Biome Technologies plc. Stanelco’s small, multidisciplinary team specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke engineering solutions for a wide range of industries that utilise induction heating and dielectric welding systems.
With a focus on high-frequency RF technologies, projects typically range from £50k to £500k and include RF heating systems, control systems, and mechanical handling solutions. Delivery timelines vary from 3 to 12 months, covering the full process from project acquisition through to commissioning.
Reporting to the Commercial Director (CD), the successful candidate will assume responsibility and technical oversight of all engineering projects, leading a small multidisciplinary team. This leadership position will support the CD in designing and delivering bespoke engineering solutions whilst also developing Stanelco’s technological capability in design and delivery.
The ideal candidate will be educated to HND/Degree level in electrical engineering, with several years of demonstrable experience in the development of industrial process equipment. You will be a natural problem-solver and leader, who thrives in a dynamic engineering environment.
