Our client, a reputed name in the pensions sector, is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Transformation Officer to join its growing transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a wide‑ranging transformation programme, supporting the organisation as it enhances processes, systems and ways of working.
In this varied role you will support multiple transformation projects and workstreams, track progress against key milestones, KPIs and benefits, prepare high‑quality dashboards and management information, maintain project documentation and assist with reporting for senior leadership and committees. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to review and improve existing processes, using data and insight to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and stronger controls. You will also support change adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications and training activities.
You will have experience supporting projects or change initiatives within a regulated environment, ideally within financial services or pensions. You bring strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present information clearly and effectively. As a confident communicator you are comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and constructively challenging existing ways of working. You are also highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
