What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of transformation projects in line with agreed plans and governance
  • Maintaining project documentation, including plans, risks, actions, decisions and progress updates
  • Tracking delivery against milestones, KPIs and benefits, and escalating issues where needed
  • Mapping and reviewing processes, and recommending practical improvements based on data and evidence
  • Preparing dashboards, management information and papers for senior management and committees
  • Supporting testing, implementation and post-implementation reviews
  • Helping colleagues adopt change through communications, engagement sessions, guidance and training

What you'll bring

  • At least two years' experience in a regulated, financial services or pensions environment
  • Experience supporting projects or change initiatives
  • Strong organisational, planning, written and presentation skills
  • Confidence with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word
  • A positive, flexible approach to change and the confidence to constructively challenge existing ways of working
  • A collaborative, customer-focused style and strong attention to detail
  • It would be great if you also have experience with dashboards and MI, business cases or project mandates, User Acceptance Testing, or pensions administration and Pensions Regulator requirements.

What's on offer

  • Hybrid working with flexible hours and the option of a day off each month
  • An excellent pension with up to 19% employer contribution
  • 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell days
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Private medical insurance and an employee assistance programme
  • Training and support towards professional qualifications
  • Enhanced family leave, a season ticket loan and a cycle to work scheme

The employer is an accredited Living Wage employer and a Disability Confident employer.
