We’re looking for an experienced pensions professional to take on a key Technical Operations Lead role, driving day-to-day technical delivery and ensuring operational excellence across a dynamic and evolving environment. In this position, you’ll act as the go‑to expert for complex pensions queries, providing guidance on scheme rules, legislation, and administrative processes. You’ll oversee regulatory reporting, manage annual and cyclical exercises, and ensure operational practices remain compliant with the latest industry developments. You’ll also play an important leadership role, mentoring and managing a Technical Analyst, supporting performance and development, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Alongside this, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering high‑quality technical support and helping to implement key operational changes and projects. This will be a hybrid working role; a minimum of two days per week in the London office.
