Our client is a highly respected pensions provider expanding its specialist transitions team. They’re looking for an experienced Transition Client Relationship Manager to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. This is an opportunity for a pensions professional who thrives on client interaction, complex project delivery, and tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as the trusted point of contact.
  • Leading and coordinating end-to-end transition projects.
  • Overseeing core deliverables, including:
  • Scheme data migration and analysis
  • Preparation of benefit specifications
  • Drafting and reviewing member communications
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and producing clear written reports
  • Providing technical guidance to colleagues to ensure the highest standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of transition processes
