Our client, a major global organisation is seeking an experienced Pensions Manager to lead its in‑house pensions function across the UK and Ireland. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes, supporting senior company stakeholders, Trustee Boards and scheme members across multiple business divisions.
The successful candidate will act as Secretary to the Trustee, manage external advisers, direct all administration and communication activities, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated and evolving environment. The role carries budget responsibility in excess of £2 million and supports around 6,000 members across multiple schemes in the UK and Ireland.
