In this role, you\’ll lead on strategic, data-focused projects, collaborating across functions and using cutting-edge technology to deliver tailored solutions for both in-house and external clients.This is your chance to shape major projects, make tangible client impact, and grow within a team that values insight, innovation, and integrity.

Responsibilities Leading data preparation for buy-in/buy-out transactionsManaging GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation exercisesPreparing schemes for Pensions Dashboard compliance and other regulatory initiativesOverseeing benefit audits and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and completenessSupporting and improving new business transitions and onboarding processesWorking closely with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver bespoke data solutions

Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and legislationExperience in DB pensions administration and data managementAbility to manage multiple priorities with clear focus and flexibilityHands-on experience with bulk calculations and data transformation techniquesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointConfidence managing project scopes and budgetsAPMI qualification (or actively working towards it)A collaborative working style and ability to build trust with clients and colleaguesHigh attention to detail and commitment to excellence in deliveryProactive problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindsetExperience mentoring and supporting junior team members
