An exciting opportunity for an analytical and solution-focused pensions professional to join a specialist calculations team, designing and delivering bespoke solutions for new and existing clients. This role involves working across the full implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions through to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
You will develop and implement a range of calculation-based solutions, including member benefit calculation routines, data loading and validation programs, and automated service management reporting. Working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams, you will build strong collaborative relationships internally and with clients to ensure high-quality consultancy services are delivered.
The role offers the chance to work with award-winning software and a modern low-code calculation engine, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation. Ideal for a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and logical thinking skills. This is a hybrid role within a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation that values continuous learning, professional development, and employee engagement. Preference is for 2 days per week in the office but a more remote status will be considered (at least once per month in office).
