Responsibilities
- Own the full change lifecycle, from user specifications and testing through to release while acting as a subject matter expert on key support tasks.
- Configure front-end pension systems, manage and triage support issues and defects, and provide project management-style support for critical initiatives such as system upgrades.
- Utilise SQL skills to support data integrity analysis and produce reports.
- Liaise across teams to foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage the client relationship with the system provider, chair monthly meetings, and drive timely resolution of outstanding change requests.
