We are recruiting on behalf of an in-house pensions scheme looking for an experienced Pensions Communications & Change Projects Manager. The role will suit someone with 60-70% communications experience and 30-40% project experience, a person passionate about communicating pensions in terms everyone will understand, and working on change projects in pensions as the other element of their important role. You will be part of an in-house pension department with twenty plus people, and you are that special person they are seeking to communicate change with a difference!
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering pensions change initiatives while shaping clear, engaging and compliant communications for colleagues and pension scheme members. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring change is implemented effectively and with people at the heart of it.
The RoleYou will lead pensions-related change projects from end to end, ensuring new initiatives are delivered successfully, compliantly and on time. You'll also take ownership of pensions communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy and engagement across a diverse employee population.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver pensions change projects and new initiatives
- Design and manage clear, engaging and compliant pension communications
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Coordinate project resources and capacity planning
- Maintain visibility of all pensions-related projects and initiatives
- Ensure processes meet regulatory, governance and audit requirements
- Partner with UK, Global and central teams, as well as Trustees
- Work closely with pensions technical specialists to ensure legislative compliance
- Act as a central point of contact for business changes impacting pensions
- Proven experience managing projects or workstreams, ideally within pensions
- Background in pensions (in-house or consultancy) with DB and DC knowledge
- Strong understanding of pensions legislation and practical application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering communications at scale across all employee levels
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills
- Comfortable using data to drive improvements and decisions
- Highly organised, collaborative and delivery-focused
- Salary up to Β£66,000
