Overview
We’re looking for a Pensions & Benefits Analyst with 2+ years’ pensions or employee benefits experience. This role focuses on benefits operations and technology across EMEA, delivering programmes for over 5,000 employees. A really fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex, multi-country benefits programmes and build your expertise in both operations and technology within a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with strategy, governance, and technology projects across EMEA.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance with regulations.
- Produce reporting and support vendor reviews and contract renewals.
- Contribute to global benefits initiatives and M&A activity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ pensions/benefits experience (EMEA knowledge a plus).
- Understanding of DB/DC pension schemes desirable.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a global team.
