Responsibilities

  • Helping steer strategy as a core voice on the Executive Management Team, working closely with the Trustee Board.
  • Building collaborative, motivated teams and championing a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Leading your teams through change, working hand‑in‑hand with other senior leaders on big strategic priorities.
  • Building strong relationships with everyone from the Trustee Board and employer representatives to trade unions and key suppliers.
  • Taking ownership of the organisation's pensions administration platform, making sure it works hard for members and employers alike.
  • Keeping a close eye on compliance and reporting into the CEO and Trustee Board.
  • Making sure members and employers get a great service, every time.
  • Acting as Secretary to the Operations Committee, keeping governance running smoothly.
  • Staying on top of risk, resourcing, and making sure employer data and contributions are processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • You'll need strong strategic thinking, solid financial acumen, and proven senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Pensions or financial services experience would be a real plus.
  • You're someone who can hold their own in the boardroom, build relationships easily, and genuinely cares about doing right by the people you serve.

Logistics: This is a hybrid role, and you’ll need to be in the London office at least twice a week.
