Behind the scenes, our rostering team makes it all happen. Now we’re looking for a Roster Clerk to join us and help deliver efficient, reliable traincrew rosters that keep our service on track.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the heart of railway operations, working in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and distributing efficient traincrew rosters to meet service requirements.
Ensuring accurate allocation of Drivers and Senior Conductors across all depots.
Maintaining key records including leave, equalisation, and availability.
Forward planning to ensure resources are in place for both short- and long-term needs.
Making quick adjustments to rosters when service plans change.
Liaising with depot teams in Birmingham, Bletchley, Crewe, Worcester, and out-based locations.
