Role Details
- You will work an average of 35 hours per week, and shifts are over a 24-hour period.This position will require you to work a combination of shifts which includes early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working
- Please note that applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

About the Role

Our Train Service Delivery department plays a crucial role in ensuring our trains operate smoothly, and we\’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us as a Qualified Train Driver in Anglia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trains in a safe and punctual and economical manner, adhering to all Rules & Regulations.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability of train services to give our customer the very best service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other railway interfaces for seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain operational standards and service quality.
- Monitor train performance and respond to any issues that may arise during service.
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively dealing with both customers and colleagues alike
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situationswith the willingness to accept the high level of responsibility associated with the role

- A problem solver, as the role will encounter many different situations, whilst always maintaining integrity.

We are building our future talent of Qualified Train Drivers and want to hear from drivers looking for that next challenge in their careers. Naturally you will have the experience of driving passenger trains across the network, combined with a passion for providing excellent service to ensure our customers get from A to B as seamlessly as possible.
This is a safety critical role; therefore, we are looking for a colleague who has an impeccable safety record to join our operations team.
