Estate Agent Property Valuer / Property Lister – The Role:
- Valuing and listing properties For Sale
- Providing personal tailored advice to clients
- Building strong relationships with sellers
- Managing and effective Following up system
- Working to help create more MA\’s & Valuations
- Working closely with the Sales team to help find properties for their customers.
- Run the branch canvassing & touting plan
- Helping the Manager motivate and inspire the sales team
