An exciting opportunity to join a talented and collaborative Growth Marketing team at an important stage in our growth journey. As we continue to scale our mission and grow our customer base, we're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn to contribute to a collaborative environment. The role offers the opportunity for exposure across a broad range of marketing activities and channels. You'll support the team in planning and delivering campaigns, helping to bring ideas to life and contribute to the day-to-day execution of our marketing activity. There is opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across different areas of marketing as you grow in the role. You'll work closely with teams across the business, including our fantastic in-house creative team, concepting and ideating with them to bring bold, effective work to life.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Support the planning, launch and ongoing management of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to help coordinate campaigns and marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reporting and insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver business objectives by meeting customer acquisition targets within an agreed budget and CPA target.
- Support testing and experimentation, helping the team learn what works best to drive growth.
- Develop marketing skillset to take on increasing responsibility and ownership of channels.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience or exposure to marketing through work, placements/internships/study desired but not essential.
- An interest in marketing and customer growth.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills, taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Analytical thinking and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Curious and interested in new tools, technologies and emerging trends in marketing.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a D2C food or subscription brand.
- Exposure to performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing channels.

What we offer:
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Our core working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm, however, we offer flexibility.
- You will be based in our Putney office but we have a hybrid working environment, with two days in the office required, on site, per week.
- Salary: £30k-£33k, dependent on experience.
- 33 days inclusive of bank holidays (FTE).
