Role Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join Abel and Cole’s marketing team. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, this role involves owning Abel and Cole’s strategy for acquisition conversion rate optimisation and providing analytics insight using GA4. You will ensure our campaign landing pages provide a great user journey helping to deliver against our KPIs and objectives. You will also be on hand to help support on paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft & Meta, plus supporting on affiliate and app activity too.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and implementing CRO strategies to improve our user journeys, traffic quality and conversions
- Design and implement A / B and multivariant tests to optimise landing page experiences.
- Use internal and external data to execute conversion optimisation strategies
- Work closely with the web, content & creative team to develop a strong new customer acquisition narrative, writing briefs for Marketing assets to support campaign initiatives
- Report on web campaigns and CRO initiatives to implementing learnings and strategic improvements
- Working with the App team to improve user experience
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering the acquisition marketing plan across our core paid media channels, particularly Google, Meta and affiliates
- Support the launch of new paid marketing channels
- Create and manage offers and promotions for various Marketing campaigns
- Be on hand to support senior members of the Marketing team with administrative tasks
- Conduct ongoing competitor and industry research, identifying new trends and opportunities
- Act as an ambassador for our B Corp values make all decisions with our social and environmental impact in mind and look for opportunities, no matter how small, to use our business as an inspiration for good
About You
- Experience in a previous Marketing role, Marketing internship, or in possession of a Marketing-related degree with a focus on website optimisation and testing
- A proven experience of understanding user journeys and optimising these to increase conversions
- A strategic “Test and Learn” mentality for digital experience
- Proficient with GA4 and other analytics software
- An understanding of the creation and optimisation of paid media channels and where they fit into the marketing funnel
- Some understanding of affiliate networks
- An energetic self-starter with the ability to act on your own initiative, and a proactive approach to staying on top of the latest trends in digital marketing
- Flexibility and ability to prioritise and manage diverse activities simultaneously
- Numerate and analytical thinking with the ability to apply these skills in a new customer growth context
- Fantastic communication and teamwork skills
- Capable of relationship management with key stakeholders both internally and externally
This is a hybrid role based out of our Wimbledon office, with one day required, on site, per week.
