We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / PMO to support delivery initiatives for our global banking clients within the Transaction Banking and Payment Services domain. You will partner with business, operations, technology, and external vendors to drive payments transformation, enhance processes, lead UAT, and support end‑user readiness.
- Conduct detailed business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, impact assessments, and documentation.
- Provide structured PMO support across multi‑workstream programmes for global banking clients.
- Manage RAID logs, project plans, governance reporting, and senior stakeholder updates.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): test planning, script creation, execution coordination, defect tracking, and sign‑off.
- Deliver user training and support business readiness activities for new processes and system changes.
- Support delivery of payments transformation projects including cash management, clearing systems, payment rails, and regulatory changes.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / PMO in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of transaction banking, payments, and cash management (SWIFT, ISO20022, cross‑border payments, clearing systems).
Experience leading UAT cycles and delivering end‑user training.
Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools (JIRA, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
Experience in payment modernisation or regulatory initiatives (ISO20022, real‑time payments, operational resilience).
Consulting background or previous experience with global banking clients.
BA, Agile, PMP, Prince2.
