We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. We're future‐focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‐growing specialty agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure tasks and quality are aligned
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing in a boutique agency context
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross‐sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands‐on experience supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar tools
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success
  • Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
  • Data‐driven decision making using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
  • Experience driving results and measuring via OCT
  • Audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid‐market or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent storytelling skills with data
  • Competitive and curious mindset; true problem solver

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Quality‐obsessed attitude for advertising
  • Travel to visit clients approximately once per year as needed

  • Effectively manage ~5 mid‐tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs (client growth, goal attainment, NSMs, client satisfaction)
  • Build client trust and relationships that drive consistent renewals
  • Cross‐sell services aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Communicate results clearly to client points of contact and executives
  • Demonstrate exceptional decision making for strategic account direction

Benefits

  • Annual base salary $85,000‐$95,000 (US) with law‐required EEO statement included

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote‐first company, you'll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US. For some positions, we accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. This role operates 100% virtually from your home office, collaborating via Zoom and Slack. Requirements include a reliable laptop, computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools. You must remain stationary for extended periods, observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, and maintain professional background.
