School Administration Coordinator, Natural & Computing Sciences (NCS261S)

Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to the position. You will be the first point of contact of enquires from internal and external sources ensuring the successful running of the School’s existing undergraduate programmes delivered at Aberdeen, South China Normal University (SCNU) and Qatar.

You will be a highly organised individual, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be capable of maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, giving close attention to detail while working under pressure, and be able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines while

dealing with multiple tasks.

This post is for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 4, £28,199.00 - £31,236.00 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.

This post does not meet the minimum requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post that require sponsorship to work in the UK.
