Overview In this role you drive delivery of water-sector capital investment projects within AECOM’s Infrastructure Project Management team. You’ll work with senior leaders to manage the full project lifecycle from inception to commissioning, coordinating design, procurement and site delivery. You’ll engage with clients, stakeholders and contractors to ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are met. The role combines technical project management with client-facing responsibilities in a growing FRAM programme. Pay / Benefits hybrid work options comprehensive compensation and well-being programs global, diverse and inclusive culture career development opportunities onboarding and development support access to industry-leading technology and innovative projects Responsibilities Lead and/or be part of project teams to deliver capital investment projects on time and to budget Provide client-side PM support across the full lifecycle: option studies, design, procurement, NEC contract administration, site delivery and commissioning Coordinate meetings, produce minutes, support procurement strategies and tender documentation Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to deliver within agreed parameters and help resolve disputes Manage project scope for quality, cost and time; monitor risk, HS enforce contract management Ensure appropriate resources for projects and align outputs with client and business requirements Develop strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams Support business development with existing and new clients Provide contract management support under NEC4 contracts and advise on procurement strategies Mentor Graduates and Apprentices to build capability and succession Key requirements Demonstrable experience in a consulting PM environment including meetings, minutes, PEP development, progress reporting and tender documentation Post-contract management and stakeholder engagement experience Relevant degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction, or related field Understanding of NEC contracts (PSC and ECC) Project management qualification (APM PMQ or PRINCE2) desirable Associate membership in a related professional body (chartered preferred) desirable Security screening checks may be required Stakeholder engagement Communication and collaboration Proactive problem-solving NEC4 contracts and contract administration Tender documentation and procurement strategy Project lifecycle management
