Job Purpose
This role is for AGS Tech Ltd, which is part of the ABCA Group . We are looking for a maintenance engineer to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance work across multiple systems such as; Warden Call Systems, Fire Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry and Door Automation.
What You\’ll Bring: To include but not limited to the following: Inspect fire doors (communal and flat entrance) to ensure compliance with Regulation 10 Carry out weekly/monthly inspections of fire panels, AOVs, and emergency lighting Complete structured checklists to assess fire integrity, correct installation, and hardware Report faults and ensure systems are fully functional to alert tenants in an emergency
What You\’ll Need: A solid understanding and proven experience in the above areas. Necessary qualifications, certificates of training in the specified disciplines. Full UK Driving License Ability to use own initiative Team player Good work ethic Optimistic Good soft skills including communication Attention to detail
