What You'll Be Doing

  • Install & Configure: Fit and set up door entry, door access, CCTV, and warden call systems.
  • Test & Commission: Make sure every system runs flawlessly and meets safety standards.
  • Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep tenants and property teams happy.
  • Stay Safe: Follow all H&S rules to keep yourself and others protected.
  • Keep Records: Log installs, service reports, and compliance paperwork accurately.
  • Delight Customers: Communicate clearly with tenants, site managers, and property managers.
  • Share Knowledge: Provide hands-on training so clients know how to use their systems.
  • Work as One Team: Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and PMs to hit project targets.
  • Travel: Be ready to work across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years installing security systems (door entry, access control, CCTV).
  • Tech Skills: Knowledge of Videx, Intratone, Paxton, PAC, Tynetec, plus networking basics.
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in electrical/security systems.
  • Safety First: Solid grasp of H&S in construction/security work.
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Great Communicator: Clear, professional, and customer-friendly.
  • Driver: Full UK driving licence (CSCS card a plus).
