Salary: £12.71 per hour
Location: Office-based, Oldham, Manchester
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
About the Role We're looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Engineer Planner to coordinate the day-to-day reactive maintenance workload for our Service & Maintenance Contracts across a designated region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our engineers have well-planned workloads, the right materials and clear information to complete their jobs efficiently, while maintaining excellent communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate weekly engineer workloads and routes
Ensure engineers have a full and achievable workload each day, including managing failed or cancelled jobs
Schedule reactive maintenance in line with Action Due dates and client requirements
Liaise with clients regarding booked works, appointments and ongoing jobs
Order and arrange stock required for bespoke and pre-booked works
Coordinate engineer stock collections and ensure engineers maintain an appropriate stock level
Handle initial telephone enquiries from clients and engineers
Work closely with engineers and the wider Service Team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
Maintain accurate records and update the company's CRM system
