If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within our Service Department. You will co-ordinate the completion of all Reactive Maintenance obligations of Service & Maintenance Contracts within a designated region.
Salary: £26,436.80
Location: Office based, Oldham, Manchester
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create weekly workloads and routes for the engineers.
- Ensure engineers have adequate workload for their days, including when jobs fail.
- Order stock which is required for bespoke pre-booked jobs.
- Arrange engineers' stock collection so they have a float of stock which is generally required.
- Relay with the clients on booked work.
- Ensure workload scheduled into the diary is planned by Action Due date / client requested.
- Accountable for handling initial telephone inquiries for clients and engineers.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience managing and planning engineers' workload is essential.
- Previous experience of using a CRMS, CASH especially would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of working within the fire and security industry would be preferred.
