Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Security biased Project Manager to join us, based in the London area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.
Key Responsibilities
As aProject Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely withinstall teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Conductsite surveysand design system layouts.
- Leadclient meetingsfor pre-starts and walk-offs.
- Overseein-house & sub-contract labour teams.
Installation & Technical Support
- Provideonsite supportforSecurity, EML, CCTV, and Warden Call systems.
- Carry outadditional works & system remedial fixesas needed.
- Diagnose andtroubleshoot faultson critical sites.
Quality & Compliance
- Collate and managecompletion paperwork.
What we're looking for Essential Qualifications & Experience
- EACS Systems
- IP Intercom Systems
- Knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry & Warden Call
- SMSTS or IOSH accredited.
- Full UK Driving Licence
