Were looking for anorganised, proactive Sales Administratorto jump in and support our busy sales team during a peak period. If youre great with people, confident on the phone, and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling inbound enquiries viaemail and telephone
- Logging, assigning, and chasing enquiries and quotations to close out leads
- Providinggeneral administrative supportto the sales function
- Producing clear and accurateclient reports
- Delivering ahigh level of serviceto both internal teams and external customers
- Supporting Internal & External Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting withbid documentationand sales paperwork
- RaisingPurchase Orders
- Helping across the business during busy periods
- Taking on other reasonable tasks to support the wider team
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience insales administration or office support
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Available tostart immediately
