We are looking for qualified electricians to install, maintain, and repair domestic ventilation systems in social housing properties. The ideal candidates will take pride in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and energy-efficient. You will be part of a dedicated team, engaging directly with tenants and delivering a professional, respectful service while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
- Install and maintain ventilation systems
- Engage with residents in a customer-facing role
- Collaborate with schedulers and management
- Use a PDA system to complete job cards and certificates
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven electrical experience (social housing experience preferred)
- 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3 2391-52 or equivalent
- Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the installation of fans in residential properties
