£33,000 to £38,000 basic salary per annum plus commission (approx. £15k OTE per annum - uncapped) and benefits including hybrid-working (1 day in the office per week), 23 days holiday, pension, bonus, excellent training and development opportunities.

The business helps organisations with IT support, cyber security, cloud and wider technology services, and is looking for someone to help create new opportunities across the North of England and Midlands.

As Business Development Executive, you will be focused on winning new business: identifying prospects, opening conversations, building relationships with decision-makers and selling solutions based on customer needs rather than simply competing on price.

A background in technology-related sales or education sales would be a real advantage, but it is not essential. More important is proven B2B sales experience, confidence with customers, a strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in technology.
