An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday HR and Finance systems for a leading wholesale, specialty & (re)insurance broker in the London Market. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of Workday deployment, stakeholder engagement, and change management within the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Workday HR and Finance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between C-suite executives, key business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and decision-making.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with the business to identify process change requirements and opportunities to reduce product customisation capitalising on existing system functionalities.
- Drive business change and ensure successful adoption of the new Workday system across the organisation.
