Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking an exciting opportunity within the London Markets insurance sector? Our well-respected international insurance brokerage client is eager to supplement their Business Change Delivery team with an additional dedicated and skilled Project Manager. The client is committed to improving existing business processes while embracing organisational and technological change to drive efficiencies and market share. To support their ambitious change agenda, you will provide exceptional project governance controls, be ruthlessly delivery focused and prepared to provide positive challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with technical and business goals.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and gain buy-in. Foster strong relationships for collaboration and support.
- Assemble cross-functional teams. Foster a collaborative environment for innovation. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing for cohesive project delivery.
- Develop change strategies for business initiatives and processes, including new technologies. Engage stakeholders to assess impacts and address concerns. Implement communication and training programs for smooth transitions.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate resolution of issues in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Establish project metrics and KPIs. Track progress against goals and objectives.
Experience:
- 10+ years of significant and demonstrable experience in project delivery, particularly on Business Change high-value projects.
- Natural flair for communication, personable and articulate, inspiring people to work towards common goals.
- While experience in the financial services industry is preferred, our client values talent from diverse backgrounds and sectors. Package:
