An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Data Analyst to support a major Workday HCM and Finance implementation and transformation within a leading organisation in the insurance sector. This role will play a key part in building a new cloud-based data warehouse and delivering high-value reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and own data requirements for HCM and Finance reporting.
  • Data mapping, map source to target, and ensure integrity.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Support Workday module configuration and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with IT to identify and document integration points with Workday and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance, data governance, and accuracy.
  • Support implementation testing, rollout, and user adoption.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules.
  • Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio/EIB for integrations.
  • Insurance or financial services background preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
