An exciting opportunity for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and high-performing team, specialising in Trades & Labour permanent placements. This role offers the chance to work on an established desk with existing client relationships, while also building your own market presence within the construction and trades sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a Trades & Labour permanent desk, placing skilled professionals across construction projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Proactively generate new business through business development and client outreach
- Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals and headhunting
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for client roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to offer stage
- Negotiate salaries, terms and offers between clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practice and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within trades, construction or technical sectors
- Strong business development and billing track record
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, target-driven desk
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven
- Knowledge of the local construction or trades market is advantageous
