This role offers the chance to work on an established desk with existing client relationships, while also building your own market presence within the construction and trades sector.
- Manage and develop a Trades & Labour permanent desk, placing skilled professionals across construction projects.
- Proactively generate new business through business development and client outreach.
- Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals and headhunting.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to offer stage.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practice and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within trades, construction or technical sectors.
